Sessions & Fees
The initial session will give us the opportunity to discuss what brought you to counselling and allow you to get a feel for what counselling involves and how you will benefit.
We can then consider whether we can work together, and whether you feel comfortable talking to me.
Sessions are held either in my counselling room, or I can offer telephone counselling or online counselling via Teams, Google Meet or Whatsapp, and Skype
However, if we decide that I am not the right person to help you I will endeavour to identify a suitable alternative option.
Groups Time Per Session Price
Individual 50mins £60 - £120
Couples 90mins £200
Consultancy 2.5hrs £250
Concessionary rates available
Payment for the session is taken at the time of booking.
Fees are refundable if at least 2 working days’ notice is given of cancellation/rearrangement.
I can accept: Cash, Debit and Credit Cards, Paypal and Mobile Banking App transfer

Additional information
I have a limited number of lower cost/concessionary places. I work on a sliding fee scale according to your situation. If you need a reduction, feel free to ask.
